Sign-in and account access
Use the same approved email address you use on the web portal. Password, Google sign-in, and email-code options depend on the workspace. Use the email-code flow when resetting access.

Help with sign-in, course access, lab membership, submissions, and the research or teaching views.
Missing course or lab access
Course access is controlled separately for each course. Lab access requires an approved member request or invitation. Sign in before reporting a missing workspace.
Submissions and grades
Confirm that the PDF name and format follow the assignment instructions. A submission receipt should appear in the same course workspace. Grades remain visible only to the student and teaching staff.
Contact
Include the app version, course code or lab workspace, your approved email address, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

- Check that the device has a working internet connection.
- Use Reload in the in-app workspace.
- Confirm that the same account can access the corresponding web portal.
- Install the newest available version from TestFlight or the App Store.
